Your subscription is a flat per-shop price. VIN decoding is free and built in. Live vendor pricing, Stripe payments and CallRail SMS use your own provider accounts. The only pay-per-use lookups — such as paid exact-part disambiguation at roughly $2 a search — fire only when you explicitly ask for them, so you're never billed for a lookup you didn't trigger.
Plans are billed per shop. Starter covers a single shop with up to five users; Professional includes up to five shops with unlimited users and technicians; Enterprise is unlimited. Choose annual billing to get two months free.
