Live vendor pricing, Stripe payments and CallRail SMS use your own provider accounts. The only pay-per-use lookups — such as paid exact-part disambiguation at roughly $2 a search — fire only when you explicitly ask for them, so you're never billed for a lookup you didn't trigger.
Each plan includes shops and user seats: Starter is 1 shop and 5 seats, Professional 3 shops and 15 seats, Scale 10 shops and 50 seats. Need more of either? Extra seats are $5 each per month and extra shops $30 each per month. Annual billing costs ten months' money for twelve.
