Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Auto Glass CRM (“we”, “us”, the “Platform”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when auto glass shops and their teams use our operations platform, mobile field app and related services. It also describes the choices available to you regarding that information.
1.Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Platform, and information from the third-party services you choose to connect.
- Account & team data — names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles and shop assignments for the users your organization creates.
- Operational data — leads, clients, vehicles, quotes, jobs, schedules, technician activity, photos, signatures and notes entered into the Platform.
- Payment metadata — payment links and status returned by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; card details are handled by the processor.
- Device & usage data — log data, IP address, browser or device type, and actions taken, used to operate and secure the service.
- Location data — job and warehouse addresses and, where enabled, route information used for scheduling and dispatch.
2.How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain and improve the Platform, including to:
- Operate core features — leads, quoting, jobs, scheduling, communications and reporting.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based, server-side access controls.
- Send transactional and service communications, including SMS where consent has been recorded.
- Provide analytics and dashboards to authorized roles within your organization.
- Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3.Third-party services
The Platform integrates with third-party providers that process data on your behalf when you enable them — for example vehicle VIN decoding, glass-vendor pricing, address autocomplete, mapping and routing, SMS and call analytics, and payment processing. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only the data necessary for the integration you have configured.
4.How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the users and roles within your organization according to your access configuration, with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users and the public.
5.Data retention
We retain operational and account data for as long as your organization maintains an active account, and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Your administrators can delete many records directly within the Platform.
6.Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including server-enforced authorization, encrypted storage of integration credentials, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7.Your choices & rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because your employer or shop is typically the controller of the operational data, please direct such requests to your organization's administrator; we will assist them in responding.
8.Children's privacy
The Platform is a business tool intended for use by professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
